You’ve been working on your self-improvement for a while, but you haven’t achieved the results that you expected? You found yourself in a situation which you don’t know how to get out from and move on? You don’t know exactly what you want, but you are unsatisfied with your current situation? You know what you want, but you don’t know how to achieve it?
PERSONAL COACHING is an excellent process for defining your goals, and exploring and choosing the fastest and easiest way to achieve them.
How does the coaching look like?
At the beginning we talk about what you want to accomplish, which areas of your life you would like to improve etc., and define a goal that you would like to accomplish.
In the following sessions we go through these points:
- overview and update on the previously agreed actions
- overview and further conversation about the main goal, difficulties you face along the way and how to manage them
- brief overview of your current position and understanding of the situation and its broader context
- exploration of the possible options and agreement on how to proceed
How long does the coaching last? How is it done?
Duration of one coaching session is one hour or 60 minutes.
Besides face-to-face coaching, you can choose an online coaching session as well, and have coaching on Skype, Messenger, Viber, Whatsapp etc. from the comfort of your own home or any other place you want, as long as you have the internet connection.
What can you expect from coaching?
You can expect full confidentality, and listening with understanding, fully unbiased and without any judgement of your situation, goals or actions.
You can expect that your current patterns of thoughts will be challenged, as well as beliefs and methods you used for self-improvement and goal achievement, in order to find the best way that works FOR YOU.
You can expect a clear action plan, methods to use and next steps that will help you to get closer to your desired position.
My coaching style and approach
The approach that I use is primarily based on raising your awareness, getting a clearer insight about where you are now and where you want to be, and how to get where you want to be.
I focus upon the importance of making the uncouscious conscious, as the basis for any change and self-improvement, and implementing new patterns of thinking and acting in those areas you are not happy with at the moment.
I also want to uncover your full potential, all that you really want to do, be or have, and I want to help you to pursue and persist on your goals, no matter how big, unreachable or impossible they might seem to you from your current position.
And last, but the most important one, my approach is long-term oriented, and instead of looking for “shortcuts” and quick and one-time solutions, I want to help you accomplish and sustain a long-term improvement of your situation.
